FAMILY RATES

To figure family rate, add up how many hours each child has- add those figures together and subtract $10 from the total cost to get tuition amount.

Tuition paid by installments will be due the first week of every month, regardless of number of classes that meet in that month or student absence.

Tuition is a yearly fee, broken down into 10 installments for your convenience. This yearly fee can be paid up front in FULL for the year, by quarterly installments, or monthly, September thru June.

Installments are still due and payable unless the studio is notified of withdrawal PRIOR to the 10th of the Month. Tuition installment will still be due for that month if withdrawal notification is made after the 9th of said month.

Payments in full for the year should NOT be made and are not recommended, unless the parent or guardian is confident that the student will continue for the whole duration of the year. Refunds are not given for full year payments after October 9, 2008 and will be subjected to a $50 administrative fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

If a student withdraws after October 9th, and they have paid in full for the year, they will only receive that refund as a credit to their account and not as a cash refund. The credit will be void after one year from the date of the student's withdrawal. (Not transferable to students outside of immediate family)*

Recital

Base Costume Fees for School Performance average $50 - $70 per costume/class depending on age.
Ages 3-6= $50 (one costume) students ages 8 and up, prices vary.

For each class a student takes they will need a costume- we no long will order 2 or 3 in one costumes since not everyone will be taking the same classes. If your child takes Jazz, and Tap- then their fees would be approximately $100 or a little above that, for costumes.

All 3-6 year old classes only need ONE costume.

If you do not wish to participate in the Spring Performance, you are obligated to inform us no later than December 15th, 2008. Failure to do so will obligate you to pay all required costume and recital production fees.

First 1/2 of base costume fees are due October 27th 2008 (all costume payments must be separate checks  from tuition)

$25 for each 3-6 year old

$50 minimum for each student 7 & up (if student is taking more than one class, may want to pay more of a deposit)

Balance of costume fees are due November 20th.

No refunds for costume payments made after 1/10/09

Costume payments made after the due dates will incur a $10 late fee

Costumes are not purchased for students if their tuition and/ or costume fees are delinquent.

WE DO NOT PURCHASE COSTUMES FOR STUDENTS ON CREDIT!
