Classes will start the week of October 5th!!!  

Cosmetically we are not ready....however, we are still starting classes! Please keep in mind that we still need to replace a ceiling , paint etc...so pardon the decor!!! :) If you have not yet registered, we prefer you do so prior to coming to class in order to minimize the confusion..It is hard to put a class roster together when we don't know your child will be there! If you have paid your first payment....your next payment will not be due until November, however your installment fee will be slightly higher, due to the fact that we have to reconfigure payment plans because of the delay. Classes will be guaranteed, however yearly fee will be broken down into 9 payments instead of 10- this will make your payment per month slightly higher ( around $5) because we are spreading out one payment over nine months. We did not think that it was fair to ask for two months of payments when we are just starting classes,so we surveyed some parents and came up with this solution.

We didn't anticipate the tremendous delay, and look forward to starting classes! :)

Registration Fee: $35.00 for Individual Student, $45.00 for 2 or more children
(returning students take off $10 if fees are sent in prior to September 10th)

After September 10th, returning student registrations will be $35/$45

Returning Students: September installment and registration fees are due by September 10th in order to apply a $10 discount to September.

Classes begin the week of September 15th, 2008

Registration fee and first month's tuition is due at the time of registration.

Now accepting Visa and Mastercard.

Payments October thru June must be accompanied with the appropriate payment coupon from the payment coupon book.

Tuition installments will be due the first week of every month, regardless of number of classes that meet in that month. Tuition is a yearly fee, broken down into 10 payments (September thru June) for your convenience.
A $15 late fee is charge to all accounts not current on the 11th of each month that is past due. Any and all payments received after the 10th are considered LATE.

! Automatic payments may be charged to your credit/debit card for monthly or quarterly payments.
If you are interested in setting this up with an additional $1 per month fee, please let us know!

Ballet is no longer mandatory to take jazz classes- Only students who take ballet, will be able to advance at a faster pace. ( we cannot guarantee advancement of a student if ballet classes are not taken in conjunction with jazz) Only students who take ballet will be eligible for performance team.

Students having a birthday prior to December may be place in that age group. For example, a child turns three in December, is potty trained and listens well- she will be placed in the 3 year old ballet and tap combination class.

5:45 - 6:45 Adult Tap Class *6 week sessions - $35 to register and $65 for tuition fee - only one registration fee per dance season - no reg. fee if child is registered in classes. This Class begins October 20th!- comfortable fitness clothes, and tap shoes are r - Smith
6:00 - 6:45 6.5, 7 & 8 year olds Beginning Ballet (*this class goes with Jazz - or can be taken alone, or combined with Tap instead of Jazz- two disciplines may be selected or all three - Jazz cannot be taken for this age group without Ballet) - Washburn

I have read and agree to review and adhere to studio policies and will enforce them with my child. I understand it is not the teacher’s responsibility to make certain parent and child adhere to these rules.

I give Shannon's School of Dance my permission to use any photographs, video/film, etc. and likeness for any and all studio purposes such as: advertising, Marketing, Internet presence for studio as well as instructional purposes.

I agree to make sure my 3-7 year old uses the restroom prior to coming to dance class, and that she will have the proper dance attire and hair fixed appropriately for class.

Registration for new students is $35 individual students and $45 for 2 or more students in same family- Returning students from 07-08 who register before September 10th may apply a $10 discount towards fees as long as they are sent in before September 10th- all returning students who register AFTER September 10th registration fees will be same as new students.
