2011-2012 SCHEDULE IS UPLOADED!
Open House will be at the studio Saturday, September 10th from 1:00-3:00 PM.
Registration Fee: $35.00 for Individual Student, $45.00 for two or more in same family/household
Registration fee and first month's tuition is due at the time of registration for All Students-
WARNING-if you send in registration info and then pay your fees in October, or later, you will be set up under the higher tuition rate!!!! Sending your fees in NOW (Aug-Sept) locks you into the older/cheaper tuition rate! Procrastination will lock you into the newer/higher tuition rate!
Now accepting Visa and Mastercard. WE DO NOT ACCEPT POST DATED CHECKS FOR ANY REASON.
Payments October thru June must be accompanied with the appropriate payment coupon from the payment coupon book.
Tuition installments will be due the first week of every month, regardless of number of classes that meet in that month. Tuition is a yearly fee, broken down into 10 payments (September thru June) for your convenience.
A $15 late fee is charge to all accounts not current on the 11th of each month that is past due. Any and all payments received after the 10th are considered LATE.
! Automatic payments may be charged to your credit/debit card for monthly or quarterly payments.
If you are interested in setting this up with an additional $1 per month fee, please let us know!
If you pay late with the credit/debit card- you will still be charged a late fee!
You may also set up automatic payments with your bank. Contact your bank to set up bill pay to Shannon’s School of Dance, mailing address is 110 North Thomas Street, South Hill, Va. 23970
AutoPay must be set up to be mailed out by the 4th of the month in order for us to receive it by the 10th- if we do not get it by the tenth of the month , a late fee WILL be charged to your account.
Please note: Returning students only need to fill out their name and note the class(es) (unless address, email and phone information has changed) they are interested in taking.
For students who have not been enrolled in the past two years, we need all information filled out.-Thank You!

SHANNON'S SCHOOL OF DANCE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE CLASS LEVEL FOR ANY STUDENT WHO IS UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE AT THE LEVEL OF THE CLASS THEY ARE REGISTERED IN. SHANNON'S SCHOOL OF DANCE ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISMISS ANY STUDENT WHOSE BEHAVIOR IS FOUND TO BE A DETRIMENT TO THE CLASS.
Reminder: If you have two or more dancers, this form must be filled out for each dancer.
Registration fee must be received in order for student(s) to be registered.(ALL Students must send in first month's tuition with the registration fee) Registrations received October and afterward will be entered with the increased tuition rate.
Proof of child's age may be required.
